Work together
You don’t have to do everything yourself. Invite people to your page and choose what each of them can do.
Invite by email
Section titled “Invite by email”Add someone with their email address and pick what they’re allowed to do:
- Can edit — they can change and update the page with you. Great for a teammate, a partner, or a co-organizer.
- Can view — they can see it (even if it’s private), but not change it. Great for a client reviewing, or a boss signing off.
You’re always the owner — only you can delete the page or hand it over to someone else.
Workspace owners and admins can also edit any page in the workspace (Live Studio and quick Edit on Home) even without a named collaborator invite. Plain workspace members still need Can edit on each page they don’t own.
Unresolved comments on your pages appear in Needs You on Home. You can reply from the page viewer or the Comments tab in the Inspector without opening the full editor.
Access requests
Section titled “Access requests”When someone opens your private page but isn’t on the invite list, they can tap Request access after signing in. Pending requests show up as a banner on Home — approve or deny right there. If you use the Telegram bot, you also get inline Approve / Deny buttons in chat.
Approving adds them as a viewer collaborator automatically. Denying leaves the page private with no access granted.
